NEURAL_FEED aggregates content from third-party publishers. All original content — including articles, podcast episodes, and videos — remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and publishers.

• Direct links to original sources are always provided
• NEURAL_FEED does not claim ownership of any third-party content

4. Fair Use

AI-generated summaries and clustering presented on NEURAL_FEED constitute transformative commentary and criticism under fair use principles. Summaries are designed to inform users about publicly available content and direct them to original sources — not to substitute for the original works.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ripin.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The NEURAL_FEED name, logo, visual design, and original platform code are the property of ripin.ai. This does not extend to third-party content aggregated and displayed on the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
