• Preference cookies — used to remember digest filter and display preferences
• Interaction tracking — clicks, saves, and dismissals on digest items to improve personalisation; this data is stored locally and not linked to any personal identity

3. Data Sources

All news content is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds and APIs. NEURAL_FEED does not scrape private or paywalled content. Sources include technology news sites, podcast directories, and research repositories.

4. No PII Required

You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or submit any personal information to use NEURAL_FEED. Admin access is protected by a simple password — no user registration exists.

5. Third-Party Services

NEURAL_FEED does not use third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising services. No data is shared with or sold to third parties. AI processing for summarisation and clustering is performed using API calls that contain only public news content — never user data.

6. Data Storage

All application data (news items, digests, interaction logs) is stored in a server-side database. Cookies are stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.
